Lessons
Private $50: 45 minutes Ages 7 and up.
Group $35: 60 minutes Ages 8 and up.
*Group Lessons are dependent on rider's ability following an evaluation lesson. All incoming riders must be evaluated.
Lessons are undivided attention from qualified instructors. Within this time, riders will be instructed on how to properly groom and tack their horses before heading to the arena for mounted instruction. Riders who can independently tack and groom their own horse are encouraged to arrive 20 minutes early to allow maximum riding time.
WESTERN
Riders choosing a western approach will be placed on horses trained in the AQHA disciplines: trail, pleasure, horsemanship, and showmanship.
ENGLISH
Those who choose English as their discipline will work on the skills necessary to lead up to jumping, including posting and pole work. Those who have mastered those skills will begin training over fences. Our instructors work with beginner to advanced riders. Riders who come with previous jumping experience will ride at their own skill level.
SHOWS
Riders will have ample opportunity to show off their skills and to take school horses to various shows. We firmly believe that shows make a rider, and so much can be learned in one weekend. This is available for ALL skill levels.
